- Driver's license (front and back), any supporting documents.

- Booking and usage data (dates, rented bikes, history).
Purposes :
- Execution and management of the rental contract.
- Management of the customer area.
- Quality monitoring and complaint management.
- Legitimate interest: improving services, fighting fraud.
- Sending newsletters (with explicit consent, except existing customers for similar services).
3.2 Data collected automatically
- Date and time of consultation, time zone.
- Browser and device used.
- IP address and server logs.

ARTICLE 4: STORAGE PERIODS
Personal data is kept only for the time necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, and in accordance with applicable legal requirements:
- Execution of the contract : identity, permit and reservation data are kept for the duration of the contract, then archived for a maximum of 3 years after its end, in order to allow the management of after-sales service and the follow-up of complaints.
- Commercial prospecting : contact details (email and telephone number) are kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact from the customer or the prospect.
- Invoicing and legal obligations : data relating to payments and invoices are kept for a period of 10 years, in accordance with accounting and fiscal obligations.
- Statistics and technical analysis : connection logs, IP addresses and analytical cookies are kept for a maximum period of 13 months, unless anonymization or renewed consent.
Some data may be kept longer if required by law or in the event of litigation, until the final outcome of the procedure.

- Insurance companies and assistance providers.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (e.g. Stripe, Google, Landbot) may involve data transfers to the United States. These transfers are carried out under standard contractual clauses validated by the European Commission.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption, pseudonymization, backups, access control, logging.
